Also in 1998 Steven founded TravelJobs.com, specializing in human resources. Diligently nurturing both his tennis students and new company for the next four years, Steven turned Traveljobs.com into three of biggest travel online and offline businesses in the world, including Travelmanagement.com (Management consulting) and travelstats.com. (the first web-based benchmarking & statistics system). Reaching a 4800% ROI and unprecedented success in just two years. Selling the company in 2002 so he could devote himself entirely to his true passion, bringing the joy of Tennis to eager students.

Becoming a certified professional tennis trainer by the USPTA and certified Umpire and referee by the USTA. Steven joined the world renown Stanford University in 2001. Acting as a official and instructor in their tennis program. He loved teaching in individual, group, and team strategies. Creating individual specific training programs to help students reach their true potential. He also developed visual training programs using video equipment to assist in visualization processes in the brain, to achieve unprecedented successes. His students were able to advance past their own personal expectations and skill, many times over. Steven left Stanford athletics in July 2007 to return to the corporate world and consulting.

Steven is currently an Author of the revolutionary, best-selling series of Six Sigma Sports books by World Sports Media Group; the first being "Six Sigma Tennis."
